Accessibility statement
novum publishing gmbh strives to make its websites accessibly available in accordance with the Accessibility Act, as amended, for the implementation of the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) on the accessibility requirements for products and services. In doing so, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 have been followed as far as possible.
This accessibility statement applies to www.united-pc-publishing.com.
Status of compliance with the requirements
Due to certain inconsistencies and exceptions, this website is only partially compliant with the Level AA conformance of the “Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.2” and the applicable European standard EN 301 549 V2.1.2 (2018-08). However, we are committed to gradually removing existing barriers and continuously improving accessibility.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:
-
Link texts
On some content pages, identical link texts point to different target pages, and different link texts lead to the same target pages. We are currently working to resolve these inconsistencies. -
Tables
Certain tables do not contain meaningful table headings (captions). A step-by-step review to add this information has been initiated. -
Alternative text for images
In some cases, images are embedded without meaningful alternative text. Adding and correcting the missing alternative text is currently in progress. -
External widgets
Embedded external services such as Google reCaptcha, Trustami, and CookieFirst are not fully accessible. As these are external systems, we have no direct influence over the accessibility of these components.
